The University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, UNIMORE is now available on iTunes U (www.itunes.it), a dedicated area of the iTunes Store that offers free audio and video content from leading educational institutions.
UNIMORE on iTunes U has over 450 pieces of content including course material in Science, Society, Technology and podcasts from student radio station “RUNMORE” which can be downloaded to a computer, iPhone, iPod or iPad.
Prof. Tommaso Minerva, the Rector’s Delegate for Didactics and director of the e-learning center says, “By publishing content on iTunes U, we will be able to distribute our research and course material to a wider audience in a format that can be used anywhere. We are proud to join iTunes U.”
UNIMORE on iTunes U marks the beginning of an ambitious development programme. Rector, prof. Aldo Tomasi says, “Our main goal is to allow our students and our research community to easily access information and content which may be useful for their studies. UNIMORE will now be available to everyone, anywhere.”
